1: How many different Flavia Drink Stations are there?
Flavia makes four drink stations: one for use at home and three for making Flavia beverages at work. All Flavia drink stations come with built-in activated charcoal water filters.
The home drink station is the “Flavia Fusion” machine. The Fusion has the capability to make blended drinks (like a cappuccino) by using products from Flavia’s “Indulgence” line of filterpacks in combination with other Flavia beverages. It also brews regular coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

2: How do the Flavia Office Drink Stations differ?
The three office drink makers are the SB100 for small offices, the Creation 200 for medium offices, and the Creation 400 for large offices.
The SB100 sells for $199. It has the capacity to brew about 14 cups of coffee or tea before needing to have its water reservoir refilled (twice as many cups as the home brewers). However, the SB100 does not have the capability to make “Fusion” drinks (nor can it be direct plumbed to a water source). It can be purchased at us.myflavia.com.
The Creation 200 & 400 are both “Fusion” drink makers designed to be easy to use. They both can be direct plumbed to a water source, eliminating the need to refill them with water. The Creation 200 is more compact than the brewer for large offices and takes a few seconds longer to brew each Flavia drink. Both Creation drink stations are designed with energy-saving features. These two machines are sold through office coffee (OCS) distributors.

3: What beverages are available for the Flavia Drink Station?
Flavia offers over 30 hot beverage selections for its Drink Stations including coffees, black teas, wellbeing drinks (e.g. herbal teas) and its Indulgence line of filterpacks for the three brewers with the capability to make “Fusion” drinks.
4: Where can I buy Flavia products?
As far as we know, Flavia products can be purchased only directly from Flavia (myFlavia.com) and from authorized office coffee service (OCS) distributors. The products are not sold at retail stores.
Flavia sells its office drink stations through OCS distributors so the distributors can supply the service and full-line of products requested by most large offices. Many of these distributors sell filterpacks on the web so use your favorite search tool to find them.
