Thousands of you voted for your favorite K-Cup. Overall, K-Cups from Green Mountain dominated the top ten and received over 60% of the total votes. Not an unexpected result given that Green Mountain was the first coffee available in K-cups and remains the market leader today. Here are some notable outcomes from the voting:
The top three vote getters were: Green Mountain Breakfast Blend, Green Mountain Nantucket Blend, and Green Mountain Hazelnut.
Green Mountain Hot Cocoa was the #4 finisher.
The top Extra Bold K-Cups were: Newman’s Own Blend, Green Mountain Kona Blend, and Coffee People Donut Shop Blend.
This surprised us: Celestial Seasonings Orange Spice was our voters’ favorite tea in K-Cups.
Other popular K-Cups were: Caribou Blend, Gloria Jean’s Hazelnut & Cappuccino, Timothy’s Colombian La Vereda, and Tully’s Kona Blend
For flavored coffee lovers, Gloria Jean’s Butter Toffee and Green Mountain Carmel Vanilla Crème polled well. In fact, Vanilla Carmel Crème was the 6th most popular K-Cup overall.
